Job Description
  • Responsible for the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services.
  • Recommends and coordinates the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project.
  • Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the customer.
  •  Troubleshoots problem areas in logistics and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to management.
  •  Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management. Analyzes work processes and develops metrics for measurement of performance.
  • Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate in regard to logistical functions performed under contract.

1.     Drafting Superintendent.
Education         : Minimum Education S1 in Engineering 
Experience        : 10 years experiences including 8 years in engineering design of oil & gas
Skill                  : Shall be fluent with all design codes and standards relevant to each discipline (process, mechanical & piping, electrical, instrument & control, civil & structural) relevant with oil & gas industry.
 
2.     Senior Design Engineering Mechanical /Piping
Education         : Minimum Education S1 in Engineering 
Experience        : 8 years experiences in oil & gas engineering design including 3 years as Senior Eng.
Skill                  : Shall have thorough knowledge on mechanical / piping and familiar with codes and standards such as: API610, API676, ASME-VIII Division1/2, API650 and experience in implementing 3D modeling for piping design and familiar with 3D baseline software.
 
3.     Project Control Engineer.
Education         : Minimum Education S1 in Engineering 
Experience        : 10 years experiences including 5 years as project controller in oil & gas
Skill                  : Shall have thorough knowledge on various cost estimating & control practices and related codes & standards, including associated software and have knowledge on project scheduling techniques and various cost estimating methods for engineering and construction works.
 
4.     Cost Control Engineer.
Education         : Minimum Education S1 in Engineering 
Experience        : 10 years experiences including 5 years in Cost Estimating of oil & gas
Skill                  : Shall have thorough knowledge on various cost estimating & control practices and related codes & standards, including associated software.
 
5.     Scheduler.
Education         : Minimum D3 Technical Associate        
Experience        : 8 years experiences including 4 years in Project Scheduling of oil & gas
Skill                  : Have broad knowledge on construction execution and thorough on various project scheduling methods and related codes & standards including associated software.
 
6.     Mechanical Construction Supervisor.
Education         : Minimum D3 Technical Associate        
Experience        : 8 years experiences including 5 years in Construction Supervisory level of oil & gas
Skill                  : Shall have capability identify field for mechanical construction problems and assist company’s contractors to solve the problems
 
7.     Civil Construction Supervisor.
Education         : Minimum D3 Technical Associate        
Experience        : 8 years experiences including 5 years in Construction Supervisory level of oil & gas
Skill                  : Shall have capability identify field for civil construction problems and assist company’s contractors to solve the problems,
 
8.     Quantity Surveyor.
Education         : Minimum D3 Technical Associate        
Experience        : 8 years experiences including 5 years in Construction Quantity Survey of oil & gas
Skill                  : Shall be familiar with pricing methodology for lump-sum fixed price of EPC contracts, and detailed knowledge of the unit price concept for measuring costs for changes to the work scope for EPC contracts.
 
9.     QC Above Storage Tank Inspector.
Education         : Minimum D3 Technical Associate        
Experience        : 8 years experiences including 5 years in Construction Quality Control of oil & gas
Skill                  : Shall have valid training certificates on API-650 & 653, NDT level-2.
Certificate         : Above Storage Tank Inspector Certificate
 
10.  GIS (Geographical Information System) Engineer
Education         : Minimum S1 Geodetic or Civil Engineer           
Experience        : 8 years experiences including 5 years in performing Geotechnical & Topography Survey of oil & gas
Skill                  : shall have valid training certificates on Geotechnical and Topography Survey.
 
 
11.  SHE Lifting & Rigging Inspector.
Education         : Minimum S1 Engineer 
Experience        : 8 years experiences including 5 years in SHE Supervision of oil & gas
Skill                  : Shall be fully conversant with Lifting & rigging evaluation/ calculation, shoring evaluation/ calculation scaffolding specification & installation, SOP/JSA development and possess valid training certificate Lifting & rigging.
Certificate         : Rigging / Scaffolding Certificate
 
12.  Rigging Engineer
Education         : Minimum S1 Engineer 
Experience        : 8 years experiences including 5 years in SHE Supervision of oil & gas
Skill                  : Shall be fully conversant with construction rigging execution/ calculation.
Certificate         : Rigging Certificate
 
Other requirement:
Skillful in English verbal and written.
Good computer literacy in Office application and related software,
Preferably from local Riau province
