Responsibilities:

Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan strategi collection untuk menjaga kualitas asset kartu kredit, khususnya untuk nasabah yang ditangani oleh internal field collector. Indikator performance adalah Delinquenvy Rate, NPL Rate dan Write Off Amount.
Memastikan semua proses kerja di unit field collector Jabodetabek sudah sesuai dengan prosedur. KPI untuk tanggung jawab ini adalah Audit Rating.
People development dan pengolahan unit organisasi, dengan indicator KPI adalah People Development dan ESS.
Membina hubungan baik dengan nasabah dengan menjaga tingkat layanan melalui cara penagihan  yang tetap berpedoman pada profesionalisme. Indikator KPI adalah jumlah complain yang masuk media massa.

Requirements:

Pria dan Wanita dengan maksimum usia 40 tahun.
Minimum S1.
Pengalaman di perbankan minimal 5 tahun dibidang collection dan minimal 3 tahun sebagai collection team leader.
Menguasai tentang Collection dan Credit Card Knowledge.

Responsibilities 

Provide full secretarial and administrative support, including:
  • Manage Director's schedule and workload and ensure he is adequately prepared for meetings and to brief him on his daily schedule.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, car rental and hotel accommodations and completing expense reports for reimbursement after the trip.
  • Prepare the meeting agenda and taking minutes of meeting.
  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages, checking and replying emails
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondences
  • Create and prepare templates of departmental report
  • Handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.
  • Managing and reviewing filing and office systems.

Requirements
