Monitoring and evaluation at The Asia Foundation

The Asia Foundation, an international non-governmental organization, is seeking Indonesian applicants for a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer for an Electoral Support program in Indonesia. The program is funded by AusAID as part of the Australian Government's official overseas aid program. The M&E Officer is responsible for program development and conceptualization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. S/he will also provide strong support to the Program Director and Program Manager in managing the flow of reports, proposals, funding source administration, and cross-unit collaboration.

The candidate should ideally possess:
• Minimum of five years M&E experience;
• Experience in project management and strategic grant-making;
• Experience in developing and implementing complex monitoring and evaluation frameworks;
• Experience in developing and conducting training programs;
• Knowledge of and experience with Indonesian elections, and Indonesian government agencies;
• Understanding of international or government funding agencies;
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
