Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Responsibilities:
- Should have extensive hands-on in managing multi distributors
- Leading, directing, & motivating sales teams
- Experience in generating sales opportunities, handling and resolving issue and target achievement
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any background
- Having minimum 5 years experience in Sales Operation Field with 2 years as Regional Sales Manager in Distribution Company or Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry
- Independent, good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Having proven effective leadership, entrepreneurial, negotiation and team work

Sales Project Supervisor (SPS)
Responsibilities:
- Daily contacts and consultation with companies providing products and services to building and construction projects
- To understand customers needs, present solutions and close deals
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any background
- Having minimum 2 years experience as a project supervisor on building distribution company
- Independent, good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Having proven effective communication & negotiation skills

3. Sales Executive (SE)
Responsibilities:
- Make sales calls, prepare proposal, deliver presentation, negotiation, and create and maintain excellent relationship with consumer
Requirements:
- Having diploma in any background
- Having minimum 1 years experience as a sales executive in building distribution company or FMCG
- Can work under minimum supervision and independent
- Having a good communication and negotiation skills

Administration Staff (AS)
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be handling administrative tasks and daily routine tasks
Requirements:
- Having diploma in any background
- Having minimum 1 years experience as admin staff
- Can work under minimum supervision and independen

- Good in computer skills with Microsoft office and graphic design
5.
Internal Audit Staff (IAS)
Responsibilities:
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to contribute to the activities of the audit team.
- Collect information about the organisation’s systems and processes by reviewing manuals, policies, reports, financial statements, and other written materials.
- Identify and document aspects of the organisation’s systems and processes that do not comply with regulations, laws, and standards or do not comply with the organisation’s policies and operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Male
- Min. S1 Finance/Accounting
- Age 25-35 years old.
- Experience min 2 year as an internal auditor/cost accounting (preferable at Public Accountant Firm)
- Dynamic and pro-active, good communication skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Capable in passive English.
- Accurate, honest and able to work under pressure.
- Highly team player.
- Fast learner and well organized.
- Willing to travel extensively to remote area by schedule.
