Currently we are seeking for suitable candidate to fill the following position:
HR Development Deputy Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Profession of Psychology is much preferred

Minimum 3 years experience in junior managerial position.

Experience on doing Job Analysis and Job Evaluation process is a must.

Able to create TNA and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Have a good understanding of Frame Work, Plan Strategy, Job Analysis, Job Description, Standard Competency, Grading System, Key Performance Indicator and SOP.

Strong leadership, good analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal skill, communicative and service-oriented.

Good analytical thinking and high detail orientation.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines.

Able to join in a short notice.
