Personal Assistant to GM
Age between 24 - 30, Female
Graduate from Secretariat School, Hotel School or equivalent
Excellent computer skills, good secretariat abililty and managing task in timely manner
Good English – written and spoken, excellent typing skills
Min 2 years experience in Secretary to senior management position
Good health, physically fit. Good personal grooming & personal presentation.

Purchasing Assistant
Age between 22 - 26, Male/Female
Graduate from Hotel School or equivalent
Good communication & administration skills
Min 2 years experience in Sales or relevant experiences
Good health, physically fit. Good personal grooming & personal presentation.
Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi projects and of working under pressure.

PR Coordinator
Age between 22 - 26, Male/Female
Graduate from Hotel School or equivalent
Good communication & administration skills
Min 2 years experience in PR/Sales or relevant experiences
Good health, physically fit. Good personal grooming & personal presentation.
Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi projects and of working under pressure.

Sales Coordinator
Age between 22 - 26, Male/Female
Graduate from Hotel School or equivalent
Good communication & administration skills
Min 2 years experience in Sales or relevant experiences
Good health, physically fit. Good personal grooming & personal presentation.
Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi projects and of working under pressure.

Credit Manager
max 35 yrs, Male/Female
Holds a qualification in Finance and/or Accounting
Minimum 2-4 years work experience as Accounts Clerk in a hotel / similar large organisation or accounting firm
Well developed reporting and analytical skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts
Well developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, E-Mail and Finance Management systems
Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements

Income Auditor

max 30 yrs, Male/Female
Holds a qualification in Finance and/or Accounting
Minimum 2-4 years work experience as Accounts Clerk in a hotel / similar large organisation or accounting firm
Well developed reporting and analytical skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts
