In support of our operation in Indonesia as part of Emerio’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Asia, we are looking for young and experienced Professional to fulfill following position:
HR OFFICER
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university
  • Has minimum 2 years of experience in HR Function, including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, and HR Administration
  • Has experience in IT industry would be an advantage
§  Able to work independently as well as working in a team with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
  • Good communication skills, verbal communication, writing & listening both in bahasa and English.
§  Able to build relationship with people at all levels
  • High level of PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft office:  Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
  • Proven high level organization and time management skills, proactive and ability to work under pressure.
