HR & GA Manager

Responsibilities:
Bandung (Jawa Barat)
- Take a control of management HR & GA. Human resource management, including the implementation of employee orientation, conduct performance appraisal, employees retention, compensation and benefits administration.
- Management General Affairs: include procurement, warehouse, permission, maintenance office inventory and ability to operate a system of giving benefit and inventory.
- Male / Female, max. 40 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has experience at Property / Developer company.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Leadership skill with have good communication, conscientious, hardworking, and can work under pressure.
- Full-Time position(s) available. Placement at Bandung, West Java.
